August 5, 2023October 21, 2018 by John Faulkner

Effortless power from the smooth V6 and a seamless-shifting transmission, good handling and a solid road feel make the 2018 Buick LaCrosse Avenir a very pleasant car to drive. The well-appointed interior is comfortable and welcoming. The 30 mpg EPA highway rating was encouraging, but we exceeded that number.

The Lexus 2018 LC 500h hybrid luxury grand tourer is deadly gorgeous, unworldly comfortable and blessedly fun to drive. If that’s not enough to get your attention, how does 35 mpg highway and 26 mpg city sound?

March 14, 2019October 3, 2018 by John Faulkner

The 2018 Volkswagen Beetle Coast is as fun to drive as it looks. It is peppy, sips fuel, hauls most of your stuff with the rear seat folded flat, has excellent visibility for the driver, and looks cool in the process.
