Car clubs have always found reasons to get together, whether it’s the badge on the hood, a particular model or a favorite off-road trail. Electric vehicle (EV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) owners are now forming their own groups around the cars they drive.
For example, you have the Rivian Clubs of America (RCA) with 26 regional chapters across North America. Its members meet up for trail runs, camping trips and other outdoor events. Then you have the Tesla Owners Club of Ontario (TOCO), whose members get together for charging meetups and track days and have even held vehicle light shows. What Does an EV Club Identity Look Like?
A club logo tells you what a group is all about. For a Rivian club that spends its weekends off-roading, that logo might show mountain peaks, pine trees or the boxy shape of an R1T. A local Tesla group might use a clean car silhouette, a city skyline or symbols tied to the technology in the car.
